TNC640 CNC Program Needed
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a mid-level part ready for production and need a seasoned CNC programmer who knows the Heidenhain TNC640 . You’ll be working from my existing design drawing (no CAD model is required) and producing a single, clean program that covers milling, turning, and drilling in one setup.
Deliverables I expect:
• Optimised TNC640 NC file for the full operation sequence
• A concise tooling and fixturing list with recommended cutting data
• Any notes on offsets, probing cycles, or special macros you add so the shop floor team can run it first time
If you’ve already proven your skills on TNC640 and can turn a drawing into a reliable program quickly, I’d like to hear how soon you could have the code ready and whether you can jump on a brief call to walk through the drawing before you start.
