SolidWorks PET Felt Cut Files

I need a CAD partner who can turn my ceiling-baffle, raft and parametric-wall concepts into precise, cut-ready files for PET felt fabrication. Every brief I send already includes hand sketches, reference images and, where available, previous CNC-approved CAD so you are never starting from a blank screen. Your job is to model or refine each design in SolidWorks (or a fully compatible package), apply the correct PET felt allowances, nest the parts efficiently for a 12mm sheet typically 2800 × 1200 mm sheet, and export clean DXF/DWG tooling files.

These files feed straight into our CNC workflow for one-off, custom projects, so accuracy, tidy layer management and clear part labelling are non-negotiable.

Deliverables per assignment:
• Native SolidWorks file with organised feature tree
• Flattened, nested DXF/DWG ready for CNC cutting
• Simple PDF showing overall dimensions and part tags for our installers
