Sheet Metal Payment Kiosk Design
Budget: $10 – $50 USD
I want to develop a self-service payment kiosk from concept design through to shop-floor production.
Here is what I need:
• Initial concept design
A first concept/render so I can review and confirm the overall look, layout, and design direction before moving forward.
• Production-ready sheet-metal design
Once the concept is approved, I need a complete SolidWorks sheet-metal package ready for manufacturing using 1.2 mm carbon steel blanks.
• Enclosure requirements
The kiosk enclosure must include space/openings for:
7-inch touch screen
Keyboard
QR scanner
Dedicated opening for a thermal printer
Internal fixings/mounting points
Service access for maintenance
I already have approximate dimensions and component positions marked in the attached image, so please check the attachment carefully.
My workshop uses a fiber laser CNC machine and a standard 3-axis electrohydraulic press brake, so the design must be practical for laser cutting and bending.
Please ask any questions before starting. Otherwise, I would like to see your initial concept first, and after approval we can continue directly with the production files.
