Recreate Kiosk in Vertex BD
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a fully detailed light-gauge steel kiosk that was engineered in FrameCAD and comes with complete shop drawings. I now need the identical model rebuilt in Vertex BD so it can flow straight into our production line that runs C89, 0.8 mm.
Scope
• Import the information from my FrameCAD drawings and replicate the framing exactly—no dimensional or connection changes.
• Work exclusively inside Vertex BD; please use its native framing, panelizing and CNC-export functions.
• No 3D marketing renders are required, only production outputs.
Key requirements & deliverables
1. Vertex BD project file (.prj) with every panel correctly numbered and aligned to the supplied drawings.
2. Automated panel/shop drawings in both PDF and DWG, ready for fabrication.
3. CSV/NC files for all panels set up for C89, 0.8 mm tooling.
Before hand-over I will cross-check dimensions, member labels and the CNC data against the original FrameCAD sheets; if everything matches, the job is complete. Feel free to ask for any clarifications on the original shop drawings once you review them.
