Mozaik Cabinet Drawings & G-code
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m building a full-house package of cabinetry and need an experienced Mozaik user who can take my measurements and design notes, create accurate cabinet models, then output two things I can drop straight into production: clear shop drawings and ready-to-run CNC G-code.
Scope
The project covers every room—kitchen, baths, office, utility, closets—so you should be comfortable setting up a complete job in Mozaik, managing multiple rooms and assemblies in one file. Most of the pieces follow a modern slab door look in melamine, yet a few areas lean traditional, and the material palette will range from melamine to plywood and solid wood. Flexibility in construction methods (dowel, confirmat, pocket screw, etc.) is important.
Workflow
1. I’ll provide room layouts, appliance specs, and style notes.
2. You create and fine-tune the Mozaik project, share PDFs for review, and make any tweaks I request.
3. Once approved, you generate:
• Mozaik shop drawings with elevations, sections, and part dimensions
• Nested part layouts with cut lists
• Clean G-code (Fanuc style) for my 3-axis router
Acceptance
All parts must nest inside standard 4×8 or 5×8 sheets, tool paths must avoid duplicate cuts, and file names should match the part numbers in the cut list. I’ll run a dry simulation; if the code posts without errors and the drawings match the model, the milestone is complete.
