Motor Casting Machining

Our company has a DMG MORI DMC 80 U duoBlock machine with Siemens programming. We will be starting a new machining process and I need someone to do the complete programming and machining of the initial parts, to ensure program is sound before turning it over to my operator. Attached are the fixtures and photos of the parts to be machined. Formal name of the parts are Stator Housings and they are made of regular gray cast iron. Again, this is just a temporary assignment and I anticipate having all of the fixtures and tooling in 1.5 - 2 months.

Again, you MUST know how to run a DMG MORI DMC 80 U duoBlock and you MUST be very adept with Siemens programming.
