I want to develop a series of CNC-cut furniture pieces that showcase a mosaic-style aesthetic carved directly into wood. The exact items—whether a chair, table, shelf, or a creative hybrid—are still flexible, so feel free to suggest forms that best highlight intricate mosaic patterns while staying structurally sound.
What I need from you:
• Concept sketches refined into production-ready 3D models
• Tool-path-optimised files for my CNC router (preferred formats: .step and .dxf)
• A concise cut list and assembly guide so fabrication is straightforward on my end
Material is wood only; I’m open to Oak, Pine, Maple, or any other solid species you feel machines cleanly and complements detailed pattern work. Please factor grain direction, joinery strength, and minimal waste into the layout.
If you have a proven track record with parametric modelling, furniture ergonomics, and CAM workflows (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, RhinoCAM, VCarve—all welcome), show me past examples of carved or patterned wooden pieces. I’ll review concept direction together with you, green-light the design, then move to file delivery.
