3D Model & CNC G-Code Creation

Job ID: 40505595

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I have a technical drawing supplied as PDFs exported from Adobe Illustrator. From this, I need a full digital workflow: first generate clear, shaded 3D views so I can confirm geometry, then build a highly detailed model and export it in STL format. Once the model is locked in, translate it into clean, collision-free G-code that will run on a large flatbed CNC router cutting wood.

Deliverables
• High-resolution perspective and orthographic renders for sign-off
• Final STL file of the approved model
• Ready-to-run G-code with header notes on tooling, feeds, speeds and zero point

Acceptance criteria
• All dimensions match the drawings within ±0.2 mm
• Chamfers, fillets and intricate recesses are present and accurate
• Simulation in Fusion 360 (or similar) shows no over-travel or collisions

Feel free to work in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, RhinoCAM, Vectric or any CAM package you prefer, as long as the outputs meet the specs above. Drop me your turnaround estimate and any clarifying questions so we can get started.
