Microvellum Joinery Drafter – Cabinetry & Custom Joinery (Ongoing Work)

Job Description:

We are a Sydney-based joinery company (NC Slater Group) specialising in high-quality residential and commercial joinery, and we are looking for an experienced Microvellum Drafter to support our growing pipeline of projects.

You will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and CNC-ready files for custom joinery, including kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and commercial fit-outs.

This is an opportunity to work with a professional and fast-growing team on a variety of high-end projects.

Scope of Work:

Prepare shop drawings using Microvellum

Produce cutting lists and CNC files

Interpret architectural drawings and design intent

Develop joinery details and construction methods

Coordinate with our team to ensure drawings are accurate and buildable

Revise drawings based on feedback

Requirements:

Proven experience using Microvellum (essential)

Strong understanding of cabinetry and joinery construction

Experience with Australian standards (preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
