Mastercam Specialist for 5-Axis Milling

CNC Programmer Wanted — Mastercam 5-Axis Milling Project I’m looking for a freelancer specialized in CNC programming with Mastercam to create the machining program for a part to be produced on a 5-axis milling machine. Project Details: • Programming software: Mastercam (latest version preferred) • Operations required: 1. Operation 1: Setup and part preparation (facing / clamping) 2. Operation 2: Full 5-axis machining (simultaneous or positional) • Preferred post processors: Haas, DMG, or Mazak Deliverables : • Mastercam project file (.MCAM) • Complete fixture / setup model to open, view, simulate, and modify within my Mastercam environment • G-code ready for the selected machine (.NC) • Short technical report including: • Tool list • Estimated machining times Requirements: • Proven experience in 5-axis CNC programming • Advanced knowledge of toolpath strategies (contour, morph, flowline, multiaxis roughing, etc.) • Ability to optimize cycle time and prevent collisions • Clear technical communication in English or Spanish Delivery : • Fully functional program ready for machine execution • Deadline: within 10 hours, depending on complexity Budget: • To be agreed upon based on experience and project quality If you have real 5-axis Mastercam experience, please send your portfolio or examples of similar work, including sample fixtures or setups.
