ArtCAM High-Detail Modern MDF Frame Carving

I have a single photograph of a contemporary frame that I need reproduced as a relief carving for a 25 mm MDF board measuring 1,450 mm × 790 mm. The brief is straightforward: capture every line and contour from the reference image in high detail while keeping the overall aesthetic distinctly modern.

You may work in Rhino, Fusion 360, ArtCAM, Vectric Aspire , so long as the results meet the following acceptance criteria:

• An editable 3D model of the full frame (STL or STEP/IGES preferred) scaled exactly to 1,450 × 790 mm and limited to 25 mm maximum depth.
• A CNC-ready file or tool-paths tailored for a standard 3-axis router cutting MDF (post-processor format can be discussed).
• Clean, watertight geometry with no undercuts that would block the milling process.
• Up to two minor adjustment rounds once I preview the mock-ups.

Provide an estimated turnaround and note which software you intend to use so I can match post-processor settings on my end. The moment I approve the final files, I’ll move straight to production, so accuracy is everything here.
