GibbsCAM CNC Programming Expert

I’m looking for an experienced GibbsCAM specialist who can take my aluminum part models and turn them into efficient, shop-ready CNC programs. The work centers on machining parts, primarily through milling and drilling operations on 3-axis vertical and 4-axis horizontal mills; if you’re comfortable pushing jobs onto a 5-axis machine, even better.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Analyze CAD data and determine optimal tooling, fixturing, and strategy.
• Generate, simulate, and post-process GibbsCAM programs for aluminum.
• Provide setup sheets, tooling lists, and clear notes so my operators can hit the ground running.
• Suggest cycle-time improvements and catch manufacturability issues before they reach the floor.
You should bring at least five years of solid CAD/CAM experience, a track record of GibbsCAM programming, and a deep understanding of cutting parameters for aluminum. Clear communication, prompt file delivery, and the flexibility to iterate quickly are essential.
