CNC CAD/CAM & G-Code Programmer for Aluminium & UPVC Windows & Doors
MODA Windows & Doors is looking for an experienced freelance CAD/CAM and G-Code Programmer to support the development of a complete CNC machining library for our aluminium and UPVC window and door systems.
This is a long-term opportunity for a professional with experience in the window and door industry and CNC machining operations.
About the Project
Our goal is to build a structured library of machining programs for hardware and accessories used in aluminium and UPVC windows and doors.
The selected freelancer will receive:
Photos with dimensions
Hand-drawn sketches with measurements
Hardware specifications and references
Based on this information, the freelancer will create the required CAD drawings and CNC machining programs.
Scope of Work
Programming may include:
Handle machining
Lock preparations
Tilt & Turn hardware machining
Sliding system hardware machining
Drainage slots
Hinge preparations
Other window and door hardware machining operations
CNC Machine
Plasmac SC 5000 CNC Router
G-Code based programming
Deliverables Required for Each Program
1. DWG File
Profile drawing
Complete machining layout
All dimensions and reference points
2. G-Code File
Ready for CNC testing and validation
3. PDF Documentation

Important Requirements
Experience with aluminium and/or UPVC windows and doors is strongly preferred.
Experience with CNC machining and CAD/CAM software.
Ability to create machining programs from sketches, photos, and dimensions.
Good understanding of production requirements and manufacturing accuracy.
Organized file management and documentation.
Working Method
Remote freelance collaboration.
No remote access to our CNC machine is required.
Testing and validation will be performed by our factory team.
Feedback and adjustment requests will be provided when necessary.
Long-Term Opportunity
