G-Code CNC Milling Programmer Needed
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m looking for an experienced CNC specialist who can step in and write clean, efficient G-code for a series of milling jobs I have in the pipeline. I already have the CAD models and tool specs; what I need now is someone who can translate those models into optimized toolpaths, ensure proper speeds and feeds, and deliver production-ready code that runs reliably on my machine.
Your role will be strictly programming-focused—I’ll handle the physical setup and operation once the code is verified. The parts are aluminium and mild steel, mostly 2.5-D with a few pockets and contours where surface finish is critical. I value concise, well-commented G-code that makes future edits straightforward, and I appreciate suggestions that shorten cycle time without sacrificing tolerance.
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, please let me know your typical turnaround time and any CAM or post-processing tools you prefer to use. I’m ready to share the first model as soon as we agree on the workflow, and I’m happy to run a quick simulation or back-plot with you to confirm everything before we cut chips.
