AI CNC Program Generator

Job ID: 40622994

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I want to drop a PDF or DWG drawing into a desktop or cloud-based app and instantly receive:

• ready-to-run G-code for CNC turning, VMC machining centres, and sliding-head lathes
• an automatically compiled tool list with recommended cutters, inserts, holders, and offsets
• suggested material grades (where multiple spec options exist)
• a cycle-time estimate realistic enough for quoting and scheduling

That entire flow must be driven by AI or rules-based automation—no manual CAM intervention. The program has to recognise features from both 2D PDF prints and native AutoCAD files, apply appropriate machining strategies, and output ISO-standard code compatible with Fanuc-style controls as a baseline. If you prefer another post format, make it selectable.

Key expectations
• Accurate feature recognition on prismatic and turned parts, including taps, threads, grooving, deep-hole drilling and contour milling.
• Cycle-time prediction within ±5 % of actual when tested on our shop floor.
• Modular architecture so future machine posts and tooling libraries can be dropped in without rewriting the core.
• A clean UI: drag-and-drop drawing, choose machine type (turning, VMC, sliding head) and material, hit “Generate”. A structured report—tool sheet, NC code, time study—downloads in one zip.

Please outline your relevant CAM/AI experience, the technology stack you’ll use (Fusion API, OpenCV, TensorFlow, custom Python, etc.), and an estimated development timeline. I will provide sample drawings and run real cutting trials to validate the deliverables.
