CNC Job for FreeCAD Model
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I'm seeking a skilled FreeCAD user with experience in using the Genmitsu 4040 Reno CNC Machine.
Currently there is no CNC job created in the FreeCAD project, and there is no library of custom milling bits apart from the default, and no other setup has been done for the CNC settings.
I am looking for the CNC job to be created in FreeCAD, all set up ready to send to the CNC.
You will advise me of the milling bits required. Currently I only have the bits that came with the machine, but am willing to purchase additional bits.
The holes are being cut in this box lid (the box lids are removable for attaching to the CNC bed):
o Bud Industries part number: NBF-32322, material: ABS/PBT Blend
Key Requirements:
- Create a CNC job using FreeCAD for the Genmitsu 4040 Reno machine
- Ensure holes are cut through the ABS/PBT blend material
- Follow specifications for hole diameters as outlined in the FreeCAD model
- Optimize tool paths for efficiency and precision
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in FreeCAD and CNC programming
- Experience with the Genmitsu 4040 Reno CNC Machine
- Knowledge of cutting ABS/PBT blend materials
