i need to program this part on a Haas toolroom lathe (TL1)

I have the proper tool i just can no seem to get tool compensation to work correctly.. I have a neutral tool with a .015 nose radius. I only need the from the datum end to the end of the notch programmed so that it will work on a Haas control with stock of of .875 dia
