Website Content Refresh & Access Help

The site a previous freelancer built for me now feels outdated, and I want its text and images replaced with fresher, better-sized material. Unfortunately, I no longer have working access credentials, so the first step will be regaining entry—whether by coordinating with the host, resetting the admin user, or, if necessary, cloning the existing files into a new install.

Once access is restored, the job is straightforward: swap in the new copy and imagery I will provide, check that every page layout still looks balanced on desktop and mobile, and confirm all internal links, buttons, and alt tags remain intact. No redesign or feature changes are needed; this is purely a content refresh.
