I need a React-based admin panel that brings three core capabilities—user management, content management, and basic analytics - into one cohesive interface.

- Site is up and ready. Basic Admin and roles are also defined.
- Need enhancements in admin roles, flow, see status, download documents, archive profiles (accept and reject profiles is done)

Admin Console, CMS, and Role-Based Visibility Specification

1. Objective
= Build an admin system and CMS to manage:
= Users and role-based profiles
= Submission review and validation
= Visibility and access control
= Public content (Insights and Updates)
= Documents and files
= Audit logs and basic reporting
= The system must support neutral, permissioned participation.


2. Admin Roles (can be done in two admin)
- Super Admin
Full system access
Manage admin users
System settings

- Review Admin
Review, approve, reject submissions
Manage visibility and permissions

- Content Admin
Manage CMS content
Publish, schedule, archive content

- Support Admin
View users
Reset access
Handle support issues
All admin actions must be logged.

Each profile has:
