Our new organisation needs a clean, modern website that does three things equally well: raise public awareness of our cause, attract volunteers, and collect online donations that flow straight into our bank account.
Content & structure
I will supply copy and images, but I need the site laid out so I can publish informational articles, showcase success stories, and maintain a simple events calendar for upcoming activities. An intuitive CMS (WordPress or a similarly user-friendly platform) is preferred so future updates stay in-house.
Key functionality
• Secure donation gateway fully connected to our bank account (Stripe, PayPal, or the solution you recommend)
• Simple volunteer sign-up form with automatic confirmation email
• Responsive design that looks good on phones, tablets, and desktops
• Basic on-page SEO so people can find us when they search for help in our field
• Accessibility best practices followed from the start

• Live, fully tested website on our chosen host
• Admin credentials plus a short hand-off guide or recorded walkthrough so we can add pages, events, and stories ourselves
• One round of post-launch tweaks for anything we missed
