Informational Website with Contact

I’m looking for a developer who can create a clean, responsive informational website that highlights my business and makes it easy for visitors to reach me. The project scope is intentionally lean—think a polished single-scroll or short multi-page site where the “Contact Us” section is the focal point—but I still expect professional polish and a solid technical foundation.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• Design & UX: Present a modern, mobile-friendly layout. Provide a mockup first, then iterate once based on feedback.
• Build: Develop the site using WordPress, Webflow, or a comparable CMS so I can update copy and images myself.
• Content Structure: Home content (brief intro), and a dedicated “Contact Us” section with a form that routes to my email. If you recommend an additional lightweight section (e.g., FAQ or quick About blurb), let me know.
• Functionality: Fast loading, SSL-ready, responsive across major browsers and devices.
• Handoff: Supply all source files, theme/custom code, and a short video or PDF guide showing me how to edit text and respond to form submissions.
