HTML to CMS Website Conversion Developer

I'm looking for a developer to create a CMS system that imports HTML files and automatically generates a structured website layout. The system should parse and store components such as headings, content blocks, images, and links. The generated website will feature:

- A left sidebar for main contents/sections
- A right sidebar for sub-contents or related topics
- A center area for the main content rendered from the HTML

Key Requirements:
- Ability to upload HTML files with optional CSS/JS
- Parse and store various components from the HTML

- Support only HTML/CSS/JS file formats for content uploads

CMS Dashboard Features:
- User registration and login capabilities
- Dashboard functionalities to:

- Inject custom CSS for styling
