Florida Condo Website Development

Job ID: 40175666

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I live in a condominium community in Saint Petersburg, Florida, and state law now requires that every association maintain its own website. My immediate goal is a clean, mobile-friendly site whose sole purpose is to present accurate information about the complex and, most importantly, publish our official rules and regulations in an easily accessible format.

The site can sit on WordPress, Squarespace, or any other intuitive CMS that lets our board upload new PDFs and text without needing a developer each time. No resident log-ins, booking tools, e-commerce, or other interactive features are needed for this first phase; the focus is strictly informational.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional website deployed to our hosting with custom domain and SSL in place.
2. Document library section where governing documents, rules, and future notices can be uploaded, categorized, and searched.
3. Branded, responsive design that reflects our property’s look and feels solid on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
4. Brief hand-off guide (or short screen-recording) showing how to add or replace documents and basic text.

Acceptance criteria: the governing-documents section must be easy to navigate, pages must load in under three seconds on mobile, and the layout should meet basic WCAG-AA accessibility.

If you have previous HOA or condominium examples, please include a link so I can see how you solved similar compliance needs. I’m excited to get this online quickly and pain-free.
