Eye-Catching Music Website Build

I’m ready to launch a colourful online hub for music lovers and need a developer who can turn my vision into a responsive, memorable site. The look is firmly set—bright blues and yellows that immediately stand out—so I’ll supply mock-ups and all written content once we begin.

Core structure
• Traditional menu navigation that links clearly to four main sections: Artist Profiles, Industry Insights, Dictionary and News Articles.
• A prominent search bar so visitors can jump straight to any artist or topic.

I’m only asking for the build and basic styling; no need to create copy or source images beyond what I send. Clean, well-commented code (HTML 5, CSS 3, and either vanilla JS or a lightweight framework—whichever you prefer) and a simple CMS setup so I can update content myself are essential.
