Grand Home Health Services is a healthcare provider located in Pennsylvania that offers Early Intervention services for children AND non-medical home care services.
We already own our domain name. We need a developer to design and build the website and connect it to our existing domain.

Applicants should be able to submit their information and upload documents.
The Careers/HR page must include a mobile friendly form that allows applicants or staff to submit information and upload document directly from their phone.
6. Employee Document Upload
The secure forms should allow multiple file uploads and send submissions to our HR email, such as

• PDFS or Photos
• Background clearances
• Certifications or licenses

• Mobile-friendly website - must be fully responsive and work well on mobile phones and tablets.
• Live Chat widget so visitors can send questions or messages - the chat should work on both desktop and mobile devices and send notifications to our email.
• Built using WordPress or another easy to manage CMS so we can update text and images ourselves.
• Secure document upload capability
• Admin access - we must have full administrator access login - to the website after completion so if or when needed we can update the website ourselves
• Professional healthcare-style design - the design should look professional and appropriate for a healthcare organization service children, families, and individual who need support in their homes.
Important Notes
Referrals for Early Intervention services are handled through the Sprout system used by Elwyn, so the website does not need an online referral system.
