DICOM Image Receiver (VB.NET)

A VB.NET Windows Forms application that receives DICOM images from medical imaging devices such as sonography, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and X-ray machines over a network. The application acts as a DICOM Storage SCP (Service Class Provider), stores incoming DICOM files, extracts patient information, and displays images for viewing.

Typical Workflow
Sonography machine sends DICOM image.
