Customize Wordpress website with P2P marketplace functionalities

I'd like to have a customized feature as below for my wordpress website.
You may suggest me to purchase any other premium theme or plugin for your preference.

[Game item P2P marketplace on bartering basis, no payment required]
[Major process]
1) Sell
- Sellers can post listing and only able to choose existing items from category
(Admin must be able to manage category)
- More filters available to choose such as Weapon damage, Level, etc.
- Price is item based, and also only able to choose existing items from price cateogry

2) Buy
- Buyers can search items by filtered search bar or exploring all listings
- Buyers can click 'Buy'
- Multiple buyers can offer, so that sellers can have more choices to sell whom.

3) Trade
- Seller will get a auto-notification (not via email) for sale with the direct link to that specific listing.
- Buyers and Seller can start to chat only when buyers click 'Buy' and Seller click 'Accept' from one of the buyers.
- If it takes too long time, either buyers or sellers can cancel anytime.
- When both agree, then trade items in game. (No API required, its just chat platform to meet up in game for trade)
- After that, both click 'Confirmed' and review each other

More details will be discussed.
So far, this platform is for just one specific online game.
