The platform will serve three distinct user types: Admin (Me), Brokers, and Builders. The core requirement is a Custom Content Management System (CMS) that allows for property listings, project showcases, and a paid subscription model for external listers.
Core Functionality & User Roles
1. Super Admin (My Dashboard)
Full Control CMS: Ability to manage all website content (text, images, banners).
Property Management: Ability to list, edit, and delete my own properties without restriction.
User Management: Approve/verify Brokers and Builders.
Subscription Management: Create and edit subscription packages (e.g., Gold Plan: 6 months, Platinum Plan: 1 year).
Analytics: View total revenue, active subscriptions, and site traffic.
2. Broker/Agent Panel
Registration & Verification: Secure signup process.
Subscription Gateway: Brokers must purchase a package (via payment gateway) to unlock listing capabilities.
Listing Management: Ability to upload property photos, descriptions, prices, and amenities based on their active plan.
Lead Management: View inquiries from potential buyers.
3. Builder Panel
Project Showcase: Dedicated layout for "Projects" (housing societies, commercial complexes) rather than just single units.
Floor Plans & Brochures: Ability to upload PDF brochures and floor plan images.
Subscription Model: Similar to brokers, builders must buy a package to list projects.
4. End-User (Front End)
Advanced Search: Filter by Location, Budget, Property Type, Residential vs. Commercial.
Property Details Page: High-quality image gallery, map view, and "Contact Agent" forms.
Responsive Design: The site must be fully mobile-optimized.
