Online Ordering Platform Management

Managing my restaurant’s entire online ordering ecosystem requires steady, hands-on attention. Each week the menus on Grubhub, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Owner.com and Clover change—new specials appear, items sell out, prices shift—and I want those adjustments reflected everywhere at the same time. Beyond simple edits, orders have to flow smoothly from the customer to the kitchen and back, with any hiccups in printing, modifiers or refunds handled promptly.
A few core responsibilities define the scope:
• Weekly menu updates on all listed platforms, including photos, descriptions and pricing
• Day-to-day order management—monitoring incoming tickets, resolving customer or driver issues and ensuring accurate hand-off to our Clover-based POS
• Incremental user-interface improvements inside each platform so customers always see the most enticing, error-free experience
Experience with the vendor dashboards for Grubhub, Uber Eats, DoorDash and Clover is essential; familiarity with Owner.com’s backend is a plus. Expect close collaboration through Slack for quick approvals and a shared Google Sheet that tracks update schedules and change logs.
The deliverable is simple: a frictionless, fully synchronized ordering system that keeps revenue flowing and guests happy, week after week.
