Clover POS App

I'm looking to build an App on the Clover marketplace. Clover POS is a POS system that is built on Clover Android SDK.
App must be able to:
1. Take current inventory and adjust all prices by a percentage (1-4%).
2. Allow the merchant to select credit or cash payment on checkout, and if cash is chosen, it removes the the surcharge added for credit payments (1-4%).
