mitigating DDoS attacks while not affecting Organic Traffic

I’m now using Cloudflare to mitigate DDoS attacks against my WordPress website.
I checked Cloudflare analytics and found out Cloudflare blocked 90% of organic traffic to my site. If I allow organic traffic to bypass the Cloudflare firewall, spambot traffic increases as well.
I am looking for an expert who can create firewall rules to reduce false positives and negatives.
The final goal is to stop spambot traffic and not block organic traffic. For example, Google Search Console shows my site had 3K clicks yesterday. However, Google analytics shows my site only had 610 visitors from organic search. That means most organic traffic is blocked by Cloudflare. However, before using Cloudflare, clicks and visitors were roughly the same.
