WordPress Cloudflare R2 Offload Setup

I have already copied roughly 110 000 images from my FastComet server into a Cloudflare R2 bucket, yet every one of them appears broken in the WordPress Media Library and on the front-end. I am working with the Cloudflare-specific “Offload Media Cloud Storage” plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/offload-media-cloud-storage/). So far I’ve triple-checked my R2 settings, rewritten media URLs, and even trialled other plugins, but the links still refuse to resolve.

What I need now is a clean, working configuration that lets WordPress serve every image directly from Cloudflare R2.

Deliverables
• Complete setup of Cloudflare R2 (access keys, CORS, bucket policy, custom domain if needed) so it plays nicely with WordPress.
• Correct configuration of the Offload Media Cloud Storage plugin, including a full-sync of existing attachments.
• Verification that all 110 000 images render correctly in the Media Library and on live pages—no broken thumbnails or 403 errors.
• Short hand-over notes documenting the key settings you changed for future reference.

Acceptance criteria
• Image URLs in WordPress point to Cloudflare R2 and load without errors.
• No missing or broken images across the site.
• Site performance is at least as good as, or better than, the current setup.
