WordPress Backend Performance Upgrade

My WordPress site, hosted on Hostinger and routed through Cloudflare, is gearing up for a January launch and I need it running at peak speed. The front-end is largely in good shape; what I’m after now is a deep-dive into the backend.

Scope of work
The priority areas are complete optimisation, robust cache management.

Environment details
• WordPress (latest stable)
• Hostinger (Cloud Startup)
• Cloudflare proxy/CDN already active (Free Plan)

Key objectives
• Reduce TTFB and overall load time across core pages
• Ensure database queries are lean and indexed properly
• Optimise PHP configuration and any heavy scripts without breaking existing functionality
• Configure or fine-tune object/page caching so it works harmoniously with Cloudflare
• Optimse email logs and how data is stored and sent

Deliverables
1. Before-and-after performance report (Page speed insights).
2. Change log detailing each optimisation step.
3. Clear rollback instructions in case we need to revert any tweak.
