Web Scraper Development - C# & Cloudflare

I'm looking for a freelancer with experience in web scraping using C# and Cloudflare to develop a desktop application that extracts information from a Cloudflare-hosted website.

Scope of work: The application must iterate through the different menu categories and obtain the complete list of products published in each category.

Examples of categories:
* Oils and Vinegars
* Rice and Legumes
* Sugar and Sweetener
* and other available categories

Data required per product:
Name, Price, GTIN

Results to be displayed in the console:
Category 1
Product1, price, gtin
Product2, price, gtin

...
Category 2
...
Category ...

Mandatory requirements:
Development in C#
Desktop application
Full source code submission is required

The solution must be functional and reusable

An executable file alone will not be accepted; I need full access to the project for maintenance and further development.

The following will be especially valued:
Previous experience with web scraping using Cloudflare.

Clean and maintainable code.
