Urgent: Senior DevOps AWS CloudFlare SaaS Recovery Expert

Job ID: 40332852

Budget: $40 – $60 USD

My production SaaS, hosted on AWS and fronted by Cloudflare, is currently down after a problematic hand-off. The very first priority is security and access control: revoked keys, tightened IAM roles, and hardened Cloudflare rules must be in place before anything else moves forward.

Once the perimeter is locked, database connectivity needs to be brought back online—the application is throwing connection errors that ripple into API failures and server-side time-outs. Part of the instability traces to external APIs, third-party libraries, and lingering legacy components that the previous team added; they either need clean removal or immediate replacement with in-house alternatives. I will share full architecture details (EC2, RDS, Lambda, Route 53, Cloudflare DNS, React Native/Vue front ends, SSL termination) as soon as we open a secure channel.

A seasoned incident-response mindset is essential: I expect decisive action within the next 24–48 hours, clear communication while changes are live, and a concise hand-off report when the smoke clears.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• Initial recovery plan outlining tasks, risks, and estimated timings
• Restored database connectivity and verified API endpoints responding <200 ms
• External APIs, third-party libraries, and legacy code either removed or replaced without breaking core features
• Hardened AWS/Cloudflare access: least-privilege IAM, updated SSL certificates, WAF rules applied, MFA enforced
• Post-mortem document covering root cause analysis, remediation steps, and future safeguards

If you have recent, verifiable success stories in production recovery on AWS + Cloudflare and can start immediately, let’s move this system back into stable operation. A strict NDA must be completed.
