Setup Cloudflare R2 + Worker for Silent PDF Hosting — Preserve Original Filenames (No Renaming, No Folders)

I need an expert to set up Cloudflare R2 + Workers for me to host PDF files silently on my .in domain — no website, no homepage, no UI — just clean direct download links.

WHAT I NEED:
Connect my domain WITHOUT changing nameservers
→ Use CNAME Setup (not nameservers) to activate abcd.in in Cloudflare.
→ I’m using Namecheap — do NOT ask me to change nameservers.
Create an R2 bucket
→ Name it something like job-pdfs
→ I will upload files with original names like 57806-Group-C-Written-Marks.pdf — DO NOT ask me to rename them or add “/” or folders.
→ The Worker must serve them at clean URLs like:
https://abcd.in/57806-Group-C-Written-Marks.pdf
Create a Cloudflare Worker that:
Serves any .pdf file when visited via its exact filename (e.g., https://abcd.in/57806-Group-C-Written-Marks.pdf)
Returns HTTP 404 “Not Found” for the homepage (https://abcd.in/) and all non-PDF URLs
Does NOT show any website, index, directory listing, or UI — completely silent
Does NOT require me to rename files or use folders — files stay exactly as filename.pdf
Add a Route
→ Route: abcd.in/*.pdf
→ Assign it to the Worker
Test Everything
→ Confirm that:
https://abcd.in/57806-Group-C-Written-Marks.pdf → downloads or opens the PDF
https://abcd.in/ → shows “404 Not Found”
No other URLs work or show content
WHAT I WILL PROVIDE:
My Cloudflare account (or I’ll create one during setup)
My .in domain (registered at Namecheap)
PDF files with names like 57806-Group-C-Written-Marks.pdf — I will NOT rename them or add “/”
DELIVERABLES:

My domain abcd.in active in Cloudflare via CNAME Setup (no nameserver change)
R2 bucket created + at least 1 test PDF uploaded with original name (e.g., test.pdf)
Worker code deployed + bound to R2 bucket
Route abcd.in/*.pdf created and assigned to Worker
Screenshot or confirmation that both test URLs work as specified above

WHAT I DON’T WANT:
No WordPress, no cPanel, no shared hosting
No nameserver changes at Namecheap — must use CNAME Setup
No homepage, no file browser, no login page, no UI
NO file renaming, NO folder uploads, NO “/” in filenames — files must be uploaded as-is
No “Hello World” or demo pages — only my PDFs served silently
