Set up Cloudflare for Search Engine Website

We run a search engine service (similar to Google, Bing, etc) which is hosted on AWS.
Right now we have a lot of bot activity which we need to stop. To fix this, we recently switched to Cloudflare for DNS/nameservers and are looking for an expert to help us set up Cloudflare for our search engine.
This will include making changes to Cloudflare, including settings, rules, etc so that we can stop the bots making requests and overall configure it well for our search engine.
