Resolve issue creating SSL certificate in godaddy due to Cloudflare CAA blocking it

My SSL request at GoDaddy keeps getting denied because of an existing CAA record on Cloudflare. The message I get when trying to create an SSL certificate in godaddy with a CSR "I get the message "A DNS record exist for domain which forbids the issuance of this certificate". I have not changed any DNS settings recently, so whatever is blocking the certificate has probably been there for a while. I simply need the right CAA configuration (or removal) that will let GoDaddy’s certificate workflow complete without errors while leaving every other DNS record untouched and the site online throughout the change.

I will share my screen on zoom or teams so you can see Cloudflare dashboard, inspect the current CAA setup, adjust it so that the proper Certification Authority used by GoDaddy is explicitly permitted, and then trigger or guide me through a fresh SSL issuance on GoDaddy to confirm everything works. When the certificate is issued and shows as trusted in a browser, the job is done.
