Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have several articles that have been copied word-for-word and posted on third-party websites without permission. I need those infringements removed as quickly as possible through proper DMCA takedown procedures. You will receive a spreadsheet of the offending URLs along with proof of my original publication dates.
Your role is to:
• Draft fully compliant DMCA notices for each URL, including all required legal statements and my electronic signature.
• Locate the correct abuse or copyright contacts for each hosting provider and, when useful, the site’s CDN or upstream host.
• Submit the notices and track the response—forwarding confirmations, removal notices, or counter-claims to me immediately.
• Follow up once if the host does not reply within the statutory window.
I’m targeting text-based content only, so image or video experience isn’t necessary. Because I need results ASAP, preference goes to someone who already has templates, a clear workflow, and familiarity with common hosts (Cloudflare, AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.). Fluency in English legal terminology is essential.
Deliverables will be a brief report listing every URL, date of notice sent, contact address used, and the current status (removed, pending, or escalated). Completion is acknowledged when each infringing page is either taken down or has entered the counter-notice period.
