Google Workspace DNS Audit
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I manage sixty-six Google Workspace domains that sit behind Cloudflare and are used with GMass for cold emailing. Before we move forward I need proof of your current Google Workspace Administrator certification along with a copy of a four-year IT degree; please have both ready to share.
Scope
Every domain already has a preliminary DNS report that I will pass along once your credentials are verified. Your job is to run a full audit, correct and standardise the key email-auth records—SPF, DKIM and DMARC—plus the supporting MX and CNAME entries so each zone meets the latest Google spam-filter and GMass best-practice thresholds.
Deliverables
• Audit all 66 zones, capturing the existing DNS landscape.
• Update SPF, DKIM (2048-bit keys) and DMARC so they align and pass alignment checks.
• Ensure MX and any GMass-related CNAMEs are properly configured.
• Provide a before/after spreadsheet that clearly documents every change.
• Confirm that each domain is ready for cold-email use inside Google Workspace, with no red flags in Postmaster Tools or similar diagnostics.
