Gatsby + Cloudflare Pages CI‑Fix (Strapi → Gatsby Build Fails)

Audit current workflow
Strapi webhook ➜ GitHub Action ➜ gatsby build ➜ CF Pages deploy.
Identify root cause of build failures (plugin versions, memory, concurrency, image processing).
Apply fixes
Update Gatsby plugins / Node version if needed.
Adjust GitHub Actions timeouts / --log-pages / --no-uglify.
Fine‑tune gatsby-config.js (Sharp limits, concurrency flags).
Test
Trigger 20 test edits in Strapi → verify all builds green.
Build time remains reasonable (30 min is fine).
Deliver documentation (Markdown or README):
Problem found, steps applied, how to trigger/deploy manually.
