TR-069 FreeACS Connection Specialist Needed

I'm seeking an experienced TR-069 / FreeACS expert to help resolve connection issues with our ISP network. Our current setup on an Ubuntu 20.04 server is experiencing problems where STBs/routers cannot establish an initial connection with the ACS server. We need assistance in diagnosing and fixing these issues to ensure seamless communication.

Key Requirements:
- Diagnose and resolve connection issues between STBs/routers and the FreeACS server.
- Ensure Tomcat, MySQL, and FreeACS services are correctly configured and operational.
- Assist with integrating Cloudflare Tunnel to bypass CGNAT and expose the ACS to the internet.
- Optimize the system to handle over 1000 routers efficiently.
- Provide basic security hardening and implement auto-restart scripts if necessary.
