Fix Google Indexing Issues | WordPress + Rank Math + Cloudflare | GSC Errors

I am facing major Google indexing issues on my WordPress website. I am using Rank Math SEO plugin and Cloudflare CDN. Out of 621 pages, only 1 is indexed by Google.
Below are the issues identified in Google Search Console (GSC):
Crawled – Currently Not Indexed (408 pages)
Blocked by robots.txt (82 pages)
Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag (30 pages)
Redirect Errors (30 pages)
404 Not Found (15 pages)
Page with Redirect (14 pages)
Duplicate, Google chose a different canonical (41 pages)
I Need a Freelancer Who Can:
Audit Rank Math settings to ensure proper indexing setup.
Fix robots.txt so that it does not block important URLs.
Fix redirect issues and 404 pages (create appropriate 301s).
Remove any incorrect ‘noindex’ tags on posts/pages.
Fix canonical tags to avoid duplication.
Configure sitemap properly and resubmit it to GSC.
