Fix Cloudflare Image Transformation Problems

I'm experiencing issues with Cloudflare's image transformation on my WordPress site.
We recently signed up for Cloudflare image transformations, but have had troubles configuring it.
1. Not all images are offloading to Cloudflare.
2. Image offloading plugin is buggy
3. Images are disappearing on the front end
4. Plugin Images are missing
Currently, we have images offloaded to Cloudflare, but you may need to delete them and start over.
We want to be absolutely sure that ONLY images in our media folder are offloaded, and not duplicate versions, etc.
