Exim & Cloudflare Email Setup
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I run several domains on my VPS and I’m using Exim as the mail transfer agent while managing DNS through Cloudflare. I need an experienced email admin to tighten up the configuration so every message lands where it should and passes the usual authentication checks.
Here’s what I’d like you to handle:
• Set up and verify DKIM and SPF for about 20 domains running on the server.
• Build forwarding rules and basic filters directly in Exim so routine aliases (info@, support@, etc.) deliver correctly.
• Update Cloudflare DNS to reflect the new SPF and DKIM records and make sure MX, A, and TXT records are all aligned.
• Configure Cloudflare’s Email Routing to catch-all mis-typed addresses and redirect them cleanly.
Everything must test green on common tools such as MXToolbox, Google Postmaster, and Mail-Tester. I’ll provide Cpanel access to the accounts and Cloudflare credentials in a secure channel; you document any changes so I can replicate them on future domains.
If you’ve tuned and worked with Cloudflare’s DNS and email routing before, I’d like to get this wrapped up quickly.
