Create Cloudflare Website Subdomain

I need a hand adding a new subdomain to my Cloudflare account so it cleanly resolves to an existing website. I have already gathered the required DNS values from my host,

Here is what is ready on my side:
* Full Cloudflare access (zone and DNS tab)
* The exact DNS settings the host provided for the site that should sit behind the subdomain

What I need from you is straightforward: log in, create the subdomain, plug in the correct record, double-check proxy status, and confirm it resolves publicly (I will test with a browser). A quick screen capture or short note explaining the steps would also be helpful so I can repeat the process in the future if I add more subdomains.
