Cloudflare Firewall & DNS Hardening

I run several e-commerce sites and need an expert who can tighten our security at the DNS and hosting layers. Everything sits behind Cloudflare already, but the default settings aren’t enough. I want a full firewall configuration that blocks malicious traffic without slowing legitimate shoppers, keeps bots from scraping prices, and shields the origin server’s IP.

Your job is to audit the current Cloudflare zone, clean up or re-create DNS records where necessary, then build a ruleset that covers WAF policies, rate limiting, country or ASN blocks where appropriate, and smart challenge pages. I also expect you to adjust caching and page rules so protection doesn’t conflict with checkout or inventory APIs, and to coordinate any required changes with my hosting panel.

Please be comfortable working live on production domains, scheduling low-traffic windows for risky changes, and documenting every step so I can repeat it on new stores later. Once finished, I’ll verify that:
• all sites resolve correctly,
• the origin IP stays hidden,
• the firewall logs show blocked threats but no false positives during test orders.
