Our rapidly growing IT services firm needs an experienced Technical Operations Manager who can immediately take charge of our day-to-day technical backbone and guide the team toward higher efficiency and reliability.
You will concentrate on three core fronts:
• Infrastructure management – keep all production and internal environments stable, scalable, and documented.
• Team coordination – align engineers and support staff around clear priorities, stand-ups, and SLA-driven workflows.
• Process optimization – map existing procedures, spot bottlenecks, then streamline through automation and best-practice playbooks.
For this role, I’m specifically looking for someone who already brings:
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (multi-provider exposure is a plus).
• A recognised project management certification that demonstrates structured delivery skills.
• Proven track record in IT security management, ensuring compliance and proactive risk mitigation.
Success will be measured by reduced incident counts, faster release cycles, and consistently met SLAs across the board.
