We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help us source highly skilled remote developers (non-US based) with strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Source and screen senior developers (Full Stack, Backend, AI, Cloud)
Evaluate technical background and communication ability
Coordinate interviews and client introductions
Build a strong pipeline of reliable remote talent
Requirements:
3+ years experience in technical recruiting
Experience hiring for US-based clients preferred
Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (React, Node, Python, AWS, AI)
Excellent communication skills
