Custom Cloud Inventory System

I need a bespoke inventory management system that sits on a cloud-based database and is accessible from web, mobile, and desktop interfaces. The core workflow is straightforward: record quantities of materials as they arrive on site, let each team log usage in real time, and then surface the data through clear, filterable reports.

Access will be split between two levels—admin and standard users—so the application must include a simple yet secure role switch along with audit logging of every stock adjustment.

Because we operate in the field, speed and offline resilience on mobile are important. I’m happy with any stack you are comfortable with, provided the back end is robust, well-documented, and future-proof.
